About the role

Summary Description

The RPO Project Manager builds the project specifications, manages, and coordinates the different project resources. They define a sourcing strategy adapted to the needs and oversee the candidate assessment process based on the client’s requirements. They are the client’s primary point of contact.

Main Activities

Primary Activities

  • Participate in pre‑sales: analyze client needs, propose solutions (team size and structure, budget, strategy, tools), and contribute to drafting the proposal
  • Organize, train, and coordinate the resources involved in the projects
  • Organize the project implementation phase
  • Manage and lead the Business Consultants in charge of teams
  • Manage and optimize staffing
  • Oversee delivery (scope, quality, cost, deadlines) and the related performance indicators
  • Manage billing and project profitability, and escalate issues when deviations occur
  • Manage project risks
  • Prepare and lead project governance meetings and associated reporting
  • Manage the client relationship
  • Ensure contract compliance

Additional Activities

  • Organize feedback and lessons learned
  • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives: knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, innovation, communication
  • Master the scope of a recruitment consultant’s activities
  • Develop planning and organize activities
  • Manage a P&L (Profit & Loss) account
  • Able to travel to Lyon, France, (one hour travel) once a week for team meetings.

Salary

Minimum Salary 45K€ - Maximum Salary 48K€ + bonus 1 or 2 month per year
