Position Summary:
An RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Recruiter acts as an external talent partner, managing end-to-end hiring for clients, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. They work as consultants to improve hiring efficiency, leveraging data-driven strategies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to fill vacancies. Key duties include crafting job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and databases, and conducting in-depth phone or video interviews.
- Hiring Management: Managing the full cycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Client Management: Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing regular status updates, and reporting on recruiting metrics.
- Talent Strategy: Analyzing market trends and developing proactive sourcing plans for future staffing needs.
- Process Optimization: Ensuring compliance, improving time-to-hire, and maintaining quality of hire.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, often in a high-volume or agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for building rapport with candidates and clients.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to advise clients on market conditions and talent strategies.
- Prioritization: Excellent time management to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
