Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience and a passion for clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong knowledge of Ruby, MVC architecture, and REST APIs
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure)
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
• Exposure to microservices architecture
