Ruby on Rails Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to work on our web application. Rails is central to our stack and you will be working on meaningful features that affect real users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications.
• Build and document RESTful APIs.
• Write tests and maintain high code coverage.
• Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and DevOps.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong understanding of MVC patterns and REST API design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with background job processing (Sidekiq or similar).
• Comfortable with Git and remote engineering workflows.
