Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-quality candidates within the iGaming sector (Tech, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
• Manage the initial screening process to ensure a perfect fit for our requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in the Russian and English-speaking markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, specifically within the iGaming or Fintech industry.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• A strong professional network within the industry.
