We are a leading firm located in Lakewood, CO, currently seeking an S4 Hana Software Architect to join our team. This full-time role involves providing strategic leadership and technical direction for our enterprise-wide SAP S4HANA transformation program. We offer a competitive salary range between $150,000 and $180,000, along with a target bonus of 15 percent of the base salary. Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and final assessment for intricate solution implementations involving both IT and business teams.
• Develop and document standards for enterprise architecture, pinpoint technical deficiencies, and create frameworks for future technologies.
• Act as the technical expert for the SAP S4HANA ecosystem, ensuring robust and scalable integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems, including CRM, QMS, PLM, MES, HRIS, Finance, Planning, and Sourcing.
• Lead architectural review boards to influence design decisions and guarantee adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Mentor technical leads and developers by translating intricate architecture into practical guidance.
• Design and sustain compliant, secure, and auditable system architectures in regulated industries.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to provide insights into feasibility, risks, and long-term architectural ramifications.
• Create scalable and reusable application frameworks and integration models to foster enterprise development.
• Assess emerging technologies and conduct build-versus-buy evaluations aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field; relevant experience may be accepted instead.
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise application architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience in managing complex SAP S4HANA and integrated non-SAP systems in regulated sectors such as Finance, Healthcare, or Aerospace.
• Experience in a global organization utilizing both on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Advanced understanding of system architecture, data integration, and cloud-native design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to influence cross-functional teams and foster technical development.
• Familiarity with the regulatory requirements in highly controlled industries.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to clarify intricate topics for business stakeholders.
• Solid financial understanding to assess ROI and financial implications of technology choices.
• Proficient in navigating complex corporate settings to achieve alignment.
