We're looking for a ⢠*remote SaaS Growth Marketing Manager**
to build and own our marketing function from scratch.
You'll be our first marketing hire, working directly with our ⢠Founder*
to transform ad hoc efforts into a systematic, conversion-focused engine. You'll develop phased strategy, drive ⢠Founder* ⢠led content and webinars, design email nurture sequences, integrate agentic AI workflows, and manage our CRM and creative partnerships. We have the pieces ā you'll architect the system that ties them together.
The challenge: you're marketing to highly intelligent, mission-driven professionals ā philanthropic leaders and nonprofit executives deeply skeptical of being sold to.
