SaaS Product Manager

Job Summary

The SaaS Product Manager is responsible for leading the development, strategy, and lifecycle of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS products
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop products
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Translate business needs into product specifications and user stories
• Manage an entire project
• Coordinate product releases and updates
• Ensure alignment between product development and business goals
• Prepare product documentation and reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in product management and project management, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and product development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Technical background or product certification is an advantage
