What You'll Do

• Create user-friendly documentation for our SaaS products that is clear, accessible, and engaging.
• Develop instructional videos to explain key features and functionalities effectively.
• Collaborate with developers to gain in-depth understanding of our platform and gather necessary technical details.
• Ask insightful questions to ensure comprehensive documentation coverage.
• Transform complex technical concepts into user-friendly content suitable for all audiences.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (a plus).
• 0-3+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Aptitude for understanding technical products and articulating them clearly.
• Excellent storytelling skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfort in collaborating with developers and a willingness to ask questions.
• Experience with SaaS platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work 2-3 days per week in our office located in Tysons, VA.
