The company has been successfully operating in building technology (Heating - Ventilation - Air Conditioning - Refrigeration - Sanitary - Technical Coordination) for over 30 years, planning projects from concept to completion. It is particularly noteworthy that there has not been a single insurance claim in 30 years – a testament to the company's quality. Responsibilities

• Independently manage diverse projects (commercial, industrial, residential, retirement homes, hospitals, administration, etc.)
• Act as the point of contact for clients, architects, general planners, and general contractors
• Ensure required quality while considering costs and deadlines
• Lead the project team
• Train apprentices

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Building Technology Planner Sanitary EFZ
• Preference for further education at HF/FH level
• Technical and organizational professional experience as a Ventilation Project Manager (planning)
• CAD, MS Office skills, 3D/BIM experience desirable
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in project management and project controlling
• Independent working style
• Competent demeanor
• Enthusiasm for new and exciting tasks
