What You Will Do

• Processing planned inpatient admissions and emergency inpatient admissions: obtaining and recording patient master data and creating case data
• Handling the cost security process: obtaining cost approvals to secure hospital treatment and its financing, direct clarification with public authorities, health insurance companies, and insurers
• Counter service: advising, providing information, and receiving various inquiries from patients and relatives
• Receiving and processing down payments: processing and booking financial resources, as well as account assignment control and daily closing
• Internal and external customer support regarding administrative processes and systems (in person and by phone)

What You Bring

• Federal vocational certificate as a commercial employee or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative role with customer or patient contact in the healthcare or service sector
• Proficient use of MS Office programs is required
• Fluent German language skills, as well as good French and English skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Service-oriented personality with organizational skills
• Team player with an independent and structured way of working
