Job Description
Our client based in Airport Industrial, Cape Town is looking for a Payroll Administrator with Sage 300 experience to join their team.
The main purpose of the job is to process the monthly payroll cycle to ensure that employees are paid accurately and timeously and that all statutory and company policies, procedures and processes requirements are met.
Payroll Input:
- Earnings/ deduction input (Normal hours, overtime, loans, garnishee etc)
- Link methods for pension or medical aid deduction on new employees/ changes
- Modify employee fixed information
- Process increases/ bonuses
- Leave processing
- Working with the leave module, equity and skills
- Print standard reports on Sage 300 People
- Reconciliations and payments to external parties: Paye, skills and UIF as well as All third party payments as to the medical aid, provident fund, loans and garnishees
- Payments to employees: ACB transfers and working with Batches
- Handling all payroll queries
- Payments with all external parties
- Communications with external parties
- Using info slips
Requirements

- NQF 5 Payroll Diploma advantage
