SailPoint Engineer

About

We are currently looking for an experienced SailPoint Engineer to join a growing identity and access management team working across large enterprise environments. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimisation of SailPoint identity governance solutions, supporting secure access management across business‑critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud solutions
• Implement and manage identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and role management
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems and applications
• Support access governance, compliance, and identity security frameworks
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve identity governance processes
• Troubleshoot and optimise IAM workflows and automation

Requirements

• Strong experience working with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud)
• Hands‑on experience with IAM implementations and access governance
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access certification processes
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems
• Fluent French and professional English

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating SailPoint with SAP environments
• Knowledge of SAP security / SAP authorisations
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
