About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
- Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process
- Execute outreach and cross-sell campaigns to engage existing and potential clients, promoting the benefits of Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Regularly report on sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and contribute to accurate sales forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with SaaS products.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot and ZoomInfo for opportunity management and prospecting.
- Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work within a team or even work independently as needed.
- Knowledge of electronic signature and online faxing technologies is a plus
- Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking); additional language a plus.
