About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process
  • Execute outreach and cross-sell campaigns to engage existing and potential clients, promoting the benefits of Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Regularly report on sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and contribute to accurate sales forecasts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and ZoomInfo for opportunity management and prospecting.
  • Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work within a team or even work independently as needed.
  • Knowledge of electronic signature and online faxing technologies is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking); additional language a plus.
