Job Summary
AT&T is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth by selling fiber-based broadband solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and consultative sales to expand AT&T’s customer base. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong hunter mindset, and excels in developing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach to potential business clients.
- Sell fiber-based broadband and related communication solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Understand client needs and present tailored technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
- Prepare proposals and respond to customer requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
- Technical knowledge of fiber broadband and communication technologies.
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Salary
Base salary ranges from $43,100 - $82,600, with total target compensation between $88,100 - $137,600.
