Job Summary

AT&T is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth by selling fiber-based broadband solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and consultative sales to expand AT&T’s customer base. Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach to potential business clients.
  • Sell fiber-based broadband and related communication solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and close deals.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications.

  • Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Technical knowledge of fiber broadband and communication technologies.
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Salary

Base salary ranges from $43,100 - $82,600, with total target compensation between $88,100 - $137,600.
