Job Summary
This role focuses on generating new business revenue every month, with goals set at both individual and team levels. Account Executives receive comprehensive training on Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and more.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The key responsibility of an Account Executive is to cultivate a book of business through:
- Identifying and fostering relationships with referral partners in the real estate and mortgage industries.
- Collaborating with clients to comprehend their insurance requirements, evaluating options from a wide range of carriers, and delivering tailored solutions to reduce household risk.
Compensation Summary
In the first year, earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000 based on performance. While compensation can vary slightly by agency, our package includes uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year after year. Renewal commissions create passive income and can greatly enhance your overall earnings. Moreover, top achievers have the opportunity to qualify for an annual President's Club trip.
Experience and Education
- Passing the state licensing exam upon hire.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
