We are looking for results driven Account Executives for our client, a growing healthcare SaaS company in Upper Saddle River, NJ, to join their onsite sales team. You'll play a key role in expanding their client base by connecting with facility managers at hospitals and healthcare organizations to demonstrate the value of their software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to facility managers at hospitals and healthcare organizations
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Clearly communicate the value of SaaS software solutions to decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM software
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and call activity targets

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated B2B outbound sales and cold-calling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high call volume

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry or SaaS sales
