Your Role
- You take over pre-qualified leads from the Sales Development Representative (SDR) and conduct qualification calls and product demos.
- You understand the customer's requirements and qualify them using the MEDDICC method.
- You create tailor-made offers and negotiate contract terms.
- You accompany the customer until closing and identify upselling potentials.
- You work closely with Marketing, the SDRs, and the entire newvision team to drive our company growth sustainably together.
Your Profile
- Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales and are familiar with the sales process from initial contact to closing – alternatively, you will learn this step by step with us.
- You have negotiation skills and a confident demeanor in conversations with decision-makers.
- You understand complex business software solutions and can convincingly present their added value.
- You work in a structured way with CRM systems and keep an eye on your pipeline at all times.
- You are strong in communication, goal-oriented, and enjoy successfully closing deals.
- German and English are not foreign languages to you.
- You are committed, courageous, and eager to try new things.
- Optional: You are already an SDR and are looking for the next step in your career.
