Your Role

  • You take over pre-qualified leads from the Sales Development Representative (SDR) and conduct qualification calls and product demos.
  • You understand the customer's requirements and qualify them using the MEDDICC method.
  • You create tailor-made offers and negotiate contract terms.
  • You accompany the customer until closing and identify upselling potentials.
  • You work closely with Marketing, the SDRs, and the entire newvision team to drive our company growth sustainably together.

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales and are familiar with the sales process from initial contact to closing – alternatively, you will learn this step by step with us.
  • You have negotiation skills and a confident demeanor in conversations with decision-makers.
  • You understand complex business software solutions and can convincingly present their added value.
  • You work in a structured way with CRM systems and keep an eye on your pipeline at all times.
  • You are strong in communication, goal-oriented, and enjoy successfully closing deals.
  • German and English are not foreign languages to you.
  • You are committed, courageous, and eager to try new things.
  • Optional: You are already an SDR and are looking for the next step in your career.
