Responsibilities

Your Role

You will take responsibility for:

  • Building and developing key accounts
  • Closing complex IoT and SaaS projects
  • Expanding our business in Europe

You will work directly with decision-makers and shape deals from the initial idea to closing.

Focus: Closing + Revenue Growth + Strategic Customer Development

Your Tasks

Strategic Sales (IoT / Telematics / SaaS)

  • Acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Leading sales processes at C-level
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle: Lead → Opportunity → Offer → Negotiation → Closing
  • Developing new business opportunities in existing markets

Complex Solution Sales

  • Analyzing customer processes (Rail, Chemical, Logistics)
  • Developing customized IoT and data solutions
  • Close coordination with product management and development

Market and Customer Development

  • Building long-term customer and partner networks
  • Supporting international sales activities
  • Actively shaping our growth strategy

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in sales of: Industrial IoT / Telematics / SaaS / technical solutions
  • Demonstrable success in closing complex B2B deals
  • Experience in dealing with: Decision-makers (C-level)
  • Experience in dealing with: Technical stakeholders

Advantageous

  • Industry knowledge in: Rail / Mobility
  • Industry knowledge in: Chemical / Tank Containers
  • Industry knowledge in: Logistics

Benefits

Performance & Compensation

  • Fixed salary + performance-based bonus
  • Expected revenue contribution: CHF 1.0 million+ p.a.
  • Variable compensation based on: closed revenue
  • Variable compensation based on: project volume
  • Top performance will be compensated above average
