Overview

This role is vital in enhancing our sales efforts by building solid client relationships, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle while working closely with various internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within your designated territory.
  • Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • Manage a quick sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful closure.
  • Provide consultative sales support focusing on equipment rental solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, particularly in construction, equipment rental, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English is essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and eager to develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must maintain an active state-issued driver's license.
