Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop a list of prospective clients and key contacts.
- Engage in cold calling within client proximity to generate business opportunities.
- Focus on retaining our current customer base through excellent service.
- Exhibit outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Document intelligence gathered in our Salesforce CRM for effective future follow-ups.
- Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales activity goals.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring direct communication with decision‑makers to reduce churn rates.
- Analyze account activity and propose service improvements for customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Expand the sales funnel to surpass sales quotas while fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor with confidence and assertiveness; high self‑esteem is essential.
- A minimum of two years of successful sales experience.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
- Good numerical skills for pricing estimates and margin calculations.
