As part of our continued growth, one of our Core Partner agencies based in Canada is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial Lines to drive new business and build lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
  • Build and manage a profitable book of Commercial Lines business
  • Identify client needs and design customized risk management and insurance solutions
  • Partner with Account Management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Lead the sales process from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Leverage insurer relationships and market knowledge to deliver competitive solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross-sell, and referrals
  • Stay informed on Canadian market trends, coverage changes, and regulatory developments

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license in Canada (e.g., RIBO in Ontario, Level 1/2 in BC/Alberta, AMF in Quebec, or provincial equivalent) required
  • Proven success in insurance sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Lines coverages and risk management strategies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a book of business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
