About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing telecommunications solutions provider, is looking for a motivated, high-energy Outside Sales Executive to own a high-potential territory and drive new business growth. If you thrive on face-to-face sales, enjoy building relationships with decision-makers, and are motivated by a competitive, performance-driven commission plan, this role offers the chance to make a real impact—and get paid for it.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow relationships with business owners and executive leaders across your local metro area
- Get out in the field for in-person meetings, presenting innovative solutions that solve real business needs
- Confidently qualify opportunities and clearly articulate product value
- Keep current, accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Follow a proven sales process while consistently working toward—and exceeding—your sales targets
- Show up prepared and professional for prospect meetings, team meetings, and company events
- Represent the brand with confidence, polish, and professionalism at every interaction
What You'll Need
- A proven track record selling to business owners and C-level executives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—you can explain value clearly and persuasively
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- A self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
- Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for telecommunications, cable, or technology sales
