Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our Healthcare Technology team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Canfield, OH. This role involves a mix of in-office work and remote flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation efforts, managing client accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key contributor to GBS’s success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and building a robust sales pipeline
- Expertise in Account Management with a customer-focused approach
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Experience in healthcare technology and solutions is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of current IT and healthcare industry trends is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude
