Role Description
Fortune Energy is seeking a full-time Sales Account Manager to join our team at our Riverton, NJ location. In this on‑site role, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new client opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, providing excellent customer service, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solar energy solutions. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and will actively work towards meeting sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional client experiences and foster long-term relationships
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Lead Generation to develop and grow client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally to client sites, as needed
