As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, including CAC 40 companies, SBF 120 companies, and ETIs.
Missions principales
As a Sales Account Manager at Neurones IT, your missions will be varied and stimulating.
- Identify commercial opportunities and prospect for new clients in the infrastructure and production sectors
- Maintain and develop relationships with an existing client portfolio
- Participate in sourcing and selecting consultant profiles via job boards in collaboration with recruitment teams
- Communicate effectively about the company's offerings and build strong partnerships
- Analyze client needs in infrastructure and production and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate technical assistance contracts and ensure project follow-up until their success
- Coordinate internal teams for the implementation of services
- Manage the commercial performance of your scope with revenue and margin objectives
- Be the preferred point of contact for clients and effectively resolve their issues
- Ensure the consistency of commercial actions with all subsidiaries of the Neurones IT group
- Develop client satisfaction and loyalty within your portfolio
Profil recherché
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic candidate with a first successful experience in an ESN.
Compétences attendues :
- 2 to 3 years of successful experience in an ESN in technical assistance
- Graduate of a business or engineering school (Bac+5)
- Knowledge of infrastructure and production sectors
- Proficiency in offer types: technical assistance, outsourcing, or expertise/project
