Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will identify new business opportunities through new customer acquisition and develop customized sales strategies to strengthen our market position. Your tasks include competent negotiation management and the creation of convincing offers. You will significantly contribute to the growth of our company and be an important link between our customers and our team.

Profile

• Relationship Management (CRM): Effective management and maintenance of customer relationships
• Sales Strategy: Development and implementation of successful sales strategies
• New Customer Acquisition: Proven ability to successfully acquire new customers
• Negotiation Management: Strong and results-oriented negotiation skills
• Offer Creation: Precise and convincing creation of offers
• Knowledge of social selling and digital sales channels
• Experience with common CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies and lead generation
• Strong presentation and moderation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and create forecasts

This position is also possible on a part-time basis.
