Your Role at Fastory
There are significant challenges to overcome, which is why we are looking for a hybrid International Outbound Sales & Account Manager to join the Growth team. In a small team like ours, we are all versatile.
You will have a dual role, demanding and central to Fastory's growth.
1) SDR Component - Priority
As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for generating new international business opportunities. You will need to contact the marketing departments of international sports clubs and entities.
You are responsible for your pipeline. No one will build it for you.
Concretely, you will perform the following actions 100% in English:
- Daily, multi-channel outbound prospecting. Calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.
- Generation of qualified appointments with marketing and digital decision-makers.
- Structured business qualification. Budget, timing, decision-making process.
- Management of the sales cycle from start to finish, including closing.
- Offer development, negotiation, and signing.
- Rigorously maintained CRM. No deal without a clear and dated next step.
Volume, regularity, and resilience are part of the game to meet and exceed sales objectives.
2) Account Manager Component
You will manage a small portfolio of about twenty premium clients, with a revenue-oriented approach.
You are responsible for monitoring and growing a portfolio of clients subscribed to our solution. You will support them throughout the year with advice, performance, and revenue focus.
Main objectives:
- Client satisfaction: Train clients on the tool and inspire them regularly by building long-term relationships.
- Renewal & Upgrade: Conduct reviews and strategic recommendations at the end of each subscription cycle and campaign.
- Upsell and Add-ons: Conduct quarterly calls to anticipate their future needs and sell paid Add-Ons.
- Translate the client's voice internally: Provide information on product/service improvements to other internal Fastory teams.
You will support clients over the long term, but you know how to prioritize, say no, and avoid hyper-operational tasks that do not create value, particularly through the AI tools made available.
