Job Details

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the sustainable support of our existing customers (mainly within the DACH region) in the following areas:
- Presentation and sales of the product portfolio
- Target and cost-oriented consulting
- Active sales: Identification of customer needs and service opportunities (management of end-of-life cycle products/services, change requests, service contracts, etc.)
- Development of technical solutions and service concepts in a team
- Data maintenance in global tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Participation in budget creation
- Responsibility for the conclusion of service contracts and the corresponding budgets
Qualifications
- Completed (higher) education in a technical or economic field
- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales of complex technical products
- Ideally, sound knowledge of intralogistics products
- Very good English skills as well as other foreign language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20% of annual working time)
- Enjoy dealing with people, sales orientation, and negotiation skills
- Economic understanding, independent working style and initiative, as well as resilience
- Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills
- Communicative, goal-oriented personality with strong assertiveness

Additional Information
- Possible start date: Immediately
- Salary: We offer a minimum gross starting salary of €4,000.00 per month for this position on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week). The actual salary will be calculated based on previous employment, qualifications, professional experience, and the collective agreement.
