About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Administration Manager to lead new business development and manage existing merchant relationships in Namibia. This role combines sales execution, client relationship management, and administrative oversight, making it ideal for a proactive individual with strong business acumen and a passion for the payments or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new merchant accounts to grow market share
  • Manage and retain existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling payment solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of payment gateway products and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities related to sales operations

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Namibia

Advantageous

  • Experience in the payments, fintech, or banking industry
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or related field
