The Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales / Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and managing accounts throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a strong understanding of interior fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and design sector
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through to project conversion
  • Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate closely with the design, estimating, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage client accounts and maintain ongoing communication throughout project stages
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, designers, and corporate clients
  • Attend meetings, networking opportunities, and industry-related events where required
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management within:
    • Interior fit-outs
    • Interior design
    • Construction
    • Architecture
    • Building materials or related industries
  • Strong understanding of fit-out projects and turnkey interiors advantageous
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to generate business and convert opportunities into projects
  • Strong relationship-building and account management ability
  • Professional, well-presented, and confident communicator
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on diverse project types will be highly advantageous
  • Must be willing to relocate to Oman
