Role: Sales & Account Manager
As a Sales & Account Manager at Orcapod, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition, managing key accounts, and delivering strategic value to customers in the domestic IT staffing industry. You will have the opportunity to work with top enterprises, GCCs, and product-based companies to solve their human capital challenges.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Cross-sell Orcapod's HR & staffing solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.
Qualifications Required
- 3 years of experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory).
- Strong track record in sales & account management.
- Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
