Sales and Marketing Assistant

Interior Concepts, Inc., located in Annapolis, MD is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our award winning Model Home/Builder division.

Reports to: Division President and Sales and Marketing Director

General Responsibilities

• Support Division President and Sales and Marketing Director sales effort
• Contract management in systems
• Support GALA and MAX Awards events and assist with submission of entries
• Attend Client Meetings as needed
• Managing Google, Houzz, ICI website and other media platforms
• Attend design reviews for the purpose of learning and participation
• Assist with marketing needs to find and develop client relations
• Project management
• Schedule and recommend content messaging for blogs, e-blasts and marketing materials
• Assist with photography campaigns, as needed
• Prepare annual media plan and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years’ professional experience
• Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Video and photo editing skills
• Experience using Canva is a plus
• Interest in interior design is strongly encouraged
