About the role
Our client, a reputable and well-established ice cream production company in Abuja with outlets in some parts of the country, is seeking a diligent, honest, entrepreneurial and high-performing individual to grow with its team:
Major Requirements
* HND/B.Sc. in Business Administation, Marketing, or any related field.
* Minimum of three years’ proven sales experience within the F&B or hospitality sector in Abuja.
* Established network within schools, hotels, and corporate organizations
* Demonstrated ability to leverage Instagram and TikTok for effective digital marketing and lead generation.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with fluency in English and Pidgin.
Job Responsibilities (in Summary)
* Reactivate former school, hotel, restaurant, and office accounts and close bulk contracts of up to 12 million naira within a month.
* Manage Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok with 3 daily posts and 10 stories and run flash promotions.
* Organize 2–4 weekend pop-ups monthly and secure up to 10 outdoor catering bookings across estates, churches, NYSC camps, and corporate events.
* Resolve WhatsApp complaints within one hour and build a 1,000+ member VIP broadcast list within 90 days.
Salary is about #3m gross per annum excluding commission and other performance-based bonuses.
