The Role
We are looking for a highly connected and strategic Sales & Marketing Specialist to spearhead our go-to-market efforts. You will be responsible for positioning and selling our AI solutions to retail companies. The ideal candidate understands the current AI boom, knows that companies are actively looking to adopt AI, and has the exact network to put our product in front of the right decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted B2B sales and marketing strategy to sell our Visual AI Agents as a SaaS solution to the retail sector.
- Leverage your existing network of retail industry connections (specifically Directors of IT, Data Ops, or Operations who currently use traditional monitoring dashboards).
- Educate prospects on the value of transitioning from passive data monitoring tools to active, conversational AI agent solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiations and closing.
- Create compelling marketing messaging that highlights how our AI seamlessly integrates into and improves upon their existing tech stack.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B SaaS sales and marketing.
- Industry Connections: Direct, established connections within the retail industry. You should already know the people who buy, manage, or use data dashboards and monitoring tools.
- AI Sales Expertise: Proven experience selling AI solutions, IP, or complex SaaS products. You must understand how to navigate the "AI adoption" conversation and overcome enterprise hesitation.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to deeply understand our Visual AI Agents (which represent a fundamental shift in how people monitor their data) and translate those technical capabilities into clear, undeniable ROI for retail businesses.
- Self-Starter: You are highly autonomous, driven by results, and comfortable working in an agile startup environment.
