As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive exceptional care and support. You will play a crucial role in reaching our customers' expectations and setting a warm and welcoming tone. Your main focus areas will be sales and marketing, where you will work to increase awareness of our practice in the community and drive business growth.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire new patient process, from answering new patient phone calls to greeting them at their consultations.
  • Collect paperwork, conduct meet and greets, take x‑rays and photos and intra oral scan, and provide highlights for the doctor.
  • Assist the doctor during new patient consultations, input notes into the computer, present treatment plans and fees, schedule appointments, and set up recall.
  • Handle all insurance filing, monitor insurance accounts, and ensure timely payment receipt.
  • Enter contracts and set up auto payments for patients.
  • Post payments to patient and insurance accounts and follow up on any delinquencies.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal marketing strategies such as contests, referral programs, rewards systems, and patient reviews.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, YouTube, and social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

External Marketing

  • Build relationships with referring dentists to increase awareness and generate referrals.
  • Establish partnerships with local schools and sponsor local sports teams.

Hours in the Office

  • Monday: 10 am – 2 pm
  • Tuesday: 9 am – 6 pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30 am – 3 pm
  • Thursday: 10 am – 7 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 2 pm
  • First Saturday of the month: 8 am – 2 pm
  • Events as needed

Compensation

  • Job Type: Full‑time
  • Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
