Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Smithfield, NC. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage and grow customer accounts, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, training customers on product features and usage, and delivering impactful marketing solutions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members or customers to effectively communicate product knowledge and usage.
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and drive business growth.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail or storage solutions is a plus.
