Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ilorin. The position involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training support, and contributing to overall sales management. In this role, you will engage with clients, assess their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. While most of your work will be on-site, some remote work is permitted.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets and optimize sales processes
• Experience in providing Training and coaching to sales or customer service teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the creative or digital industry is a plus
