Sales Area Manager

About

Under the direction of senior management, manages in-store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods in a selling area(s) to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory goals. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial and operational duties within a selling area.
• Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises, trains, develops, hires and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in retail store operations within the last five years is required.
• Or
• Successful completion of Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.

• Work Schedule – Onsite ( Ft. Meade, MD )
• PCS Not Authorized/Lump Sum Payment of ( $15,000 ) May be Authorized
