Responsibilities

  • Support of the sales process from independent offer creation to order entry for a requirements management SaaS solution
  • Maintenance and further development of customer and sales data in the CRM system
  • Coordination of customer appointments
  • Follow-up of sales opportunities
  • Support in license management
  • Creation of reports, analyses, and presentations for sales controlling
  • Support in marketing activities, trade fairs, and customer surveys
  • Processing of customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training or completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering)
  • Initial experience in sales
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German and good English skills

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, EXCEL)

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten im CRM-System
  • Koordination von Kundenterminen
  • Nachverfolgung von Vertriebschancen/ Sales Opportunities
  • Unterstützung im Lizenz Management
  • Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Präsentationen für das Vertriebscontrolling
  • Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten, Messen und Kundenbefragungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
