Responsibilities
- Support of the sales process from independent offer creation to order entry for a requirements management SaaS solution
- Maintenance and further development of customer and sales data in the CRM system
- Coordination of customer appointments
- Follow-up of sales opportunities
- Support in license management
- Creation of reports, analyses, and presentations for sales controlling
- Support in marketing activities, trade fairs, and customer surveys
- Processing of customer inquiries
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training or completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering)
- Initial experience in sales
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and good English skills

Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, EXCEL)

- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten im CRM-System

- Nachverfolgung von Vertriebschancen/ Sales Opportunities
- Unterstützung im Lizenz Management
- Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Präsentationen für das Vertriebscontrolling
- Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten, Messen und Kundenbefragungen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
