Outside ROI is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to support our growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, client acquisition, and agency operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and new business opportunities
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts (email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels)
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business development strategies
  • Track and report on lead generation and pipeline activity

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus
