Role Summary
Aczet Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales & Business Growth Manager to drive B2B sales and market expansion in the United States.
This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, product demonstrations, and closing high-value deals in industrial and technical product segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Conduct product demos & sales presentations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Track pipeline, forecasts & reports
- Represent company at trade shows & meetings
- Negotiate and close B2B deals
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven role
- Willingness to travel across the U.S.
Preferred
- Background in Engineering / Technical Sales / Industrial Products
- Experience in weighing, XRF, or laser technology sales (plus)
