About
To leverage sales expertise and industry knowledge to drive growth and customer satisfaction for a leading catering equipment company. To build lasting client relationships by offering tailored equipment solutions that enhance operational efficiency for foodservice businesses, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage orders until payment is completed.
- Process returns and credit notes in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically.
- Manage quote submissions and order processing.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate a specific number of new client accounts per period.
- Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets.
- Understand and manage client expectations.
- Generate leads by building relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Enhance customer experience.
- Provide outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale.
- Refer all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager.
- Maintain a customer database.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
- Experience in an Industrial environment.
- Experience in Hospitality would be an advantage.
- Syspro knowledge would be an advantage.
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
- Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of catering equipment would be advantageous.
Package & Remuneration
- Cell phone allowance.
- Petrol card.
- Commission.
