Sales & Customer Service Account Manager

Purpose of Role

The Customer Service Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and growing Corston Architectural Detail’s presence in the Austrian market. They will be the primary contact for customers in the Interior Design, Architectural, Hospitality and end-consumer segments, driving brand awareness, managing client relationships, and facilitating sales cycles from first contact through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development & Sales Growth

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities across target segments.
• Build strong relationships with architects, designers, hoteliers and key trade partners.
• Present Corston’s portfolio, capabilities and value to potential clients.
• Generate qualified leads and develop sales pipelines.

Account & Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential accounts.
• Understand client needs, specifications and project timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams (technical support, logistics, training) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows or local partner meetings as representative of the brand.

Customer Service

• Handle queries professionally in both German & English.
• Support customers through quote requests, order updates, delivery tracking and aftercare.
• Collect feedback and communicate market insights with internal teams.

Reporting & CRM

• Maintain accurate client data and activity in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and insights for leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in sales, account management or customer success, preferably in B2B or design/architecture industries.
• Fluent in German & English (French is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with remote working setups initially.
