Your Tasks
Data Management, Reporting & Excel Optimization
- Collecting and preparing forecast and budget data from the ERP system (AS400) for the Sales Team
- Creating regular reports, presentations, and analyses (e.g., monthly sales and inventory reports) to support decision-making
- Optimizing and maintaining existing Excel tools, as well as creating and updating databases
- Developing and implementing sales controlling concepts for steering and optimizing sales activities
Sales Support & Forecasting
- Assisting with budget planning and forecasting
- Providing administrative support to the sales team in preparing product and customer discussions
- Coordinating and processing new customer inquiries
Operational Customer Service & Administration
- Providing telephone support and regular correspondence with existing customers
- Handling complaints and general commercial tasks
- Monitoring "open items" and assisting with the collection of outstanding payments
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree
- Sound professional experience in sales administration, customer service, or data analysis
- Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems (AS400 is an advantage)
- Good understanding of sales KPIs and experience in sales controlling and forecasting
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Systematic and independent way of working
- High communication skills, flexibility, and commitment
- Competent and confident demeanor on the phone and strong customer orientation
