Sales‑Designer / Designer‑Sales

We are a trend‑driven fashion garment company specializing in women’s collections for major international clients. Creativity, speed, and commercial vision define our work. With headquarters in Ningbo (China) and an office in Barcelona , we collaborate globally to deliver fast‑fashion excellence.

We’re looking for a Sales‑Designer / Designer‑Sales — someone who blends design talent with strong client‑facing and sales skills.

Position based in La Coruña

International travel required (Europe & China)

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our key account ZARA
• Prepare seasonal developments: fabrics, swatches, and samples
• Join design meetings and help translate concepts into samples
• Coordinate with internal teams after each meeting
• Maintain close communication with ZARA’s design team, including regular visits to A Coruña
• Analyze trends: yarns, textures, colors, silhouettes
• Build strong client relationships through regular visits and feedback
• Collaborate with China and production teams to ensure quality and feasibility
• Travel for sourcing, trend research, and client meetings across Europe & Asia

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, or similar
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong Illustrator and hand‑sketching skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with Zara/Inditex or fast‑fashion brands is a big plus
• Strong sales and presentation abilities
• Solid understanding of fast‑fashion dynamics
