How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

What You’ll Achieve

  • Lead the SDR team in the Korean market and manage team goals and pipeline performance.
  • Provide onboarding, 1:1 coaching, feedback, and call reviews to ensure team members can perform stably.
  • Analyze key outbound activity metrics and continuously improve funnel performance, including meeting numbers, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Design and experiment with outbound strategies, messaging, and sequences tailored to target customer segments and industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing, AE, and RevOps to improve lead handover criteria and operational processes.
  • Refine the pipeline operating system for predictable team performance management.
  • Formulate and execute new hypotheses in a rapidly changing market to create more effective sales processes.
  • Directly engage in key outbound activities or strategic projects as needed, acting as a player-coach.

Skills You’ll Need to Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or SDR/BDR experience.
  • Experience leading an SDR/BDR team or driving team member coaching and performance management.
  • Experience managing team performance based on top-of-funnel metrics such as pipeline, conversion rates, and meeting quality.
  • Experience designing and improving multi-channel outbound strategies, including email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales departments to improve lead quality and operational processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks to achieve results in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Interest in helping team members grow and fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Fluent Korean communication skills and basic English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.

  • Sales or partnership experience in related industries such as fashion, beauty, CPG, retail, or luxury.
  • SaaS or technology-based solution sales experience.
  • Understanding or experience utilizing value selling.
  • Desire to expand career in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.
