Whitley Recruiting Partners (WRP) is recruiting 5 Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to work for a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that has raised over $200m in Venture Capital funding and is offering equity, a $50-65k starting salary, and a year one On-Target-Earning (OTE) of $80k-$110k / year.
Our client's revenue has grown 100% year-over-year in both 2024 and 2025 so this is a unique opportunity to earn valuable equity in a company determined and destined to sell to an acquirer or IPO in the medium-term future.
SDR's will be assigned 150 'named accounts' and will use cutting-edge AI tools for outbound messaging mixed with targeted phone calls. This is an opportunity to sell into 'name brand' enterprise accounts and sell a product that is being widely adopted across the industry. Within 12 months, SDRs will be promoted into an AE or AM role if exceeding metrics.
Requirements
- 4 days/week in-office in downtown Raleigh.
- Join one of the leading software start-ups in the US and work alongside 20-30 energetic, outgoing, and ambitious sales professionals.
