Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Millersville, MD, for a Sales Engineer at Complete Boiler Systems. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing technical support, and promoting boiler and heating solutions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with customers to understand project requirements, recommending appropriate equipment and systems, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal engineering and sales teams. The position involves regular client interactions to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including the ability to recommend and design technical solutions tailored to specific client needs.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on fostering client relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to provide Technical Support for troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries or issues related to company products and systems.
• Background in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems, burners, and associated equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is desirable.
