What You'll Do

• Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product, offering technical solutions and answering technical questions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM function and improve Agents.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations, understanding and anticipating their needs.

What You'll Bring

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
• Experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers or clients in GTM.
• Relationship-building experience with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading sales process with Enterprise customers.
• Ability to connect business problems with Sierra’s solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

• AI-related experience or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry.
• Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
